Dad used to let me sit up and watch the Tour de France on TV , we also used to go to the local Waimate track carnival and watch guys like Marc Ryan and Shane Archibold race. I wanted to rty and be like them one day so Dad bought me my first bike and I only live 400m from the trackso thats how I started.

Career Highlights

• 3rd – Tam Pursuit and Omnium at 2011 Junior world Track Championships
• 4 Gold medals and 3 NZ records at 2012 Oceania Track Championships
